Video: Jackson eating bell pepper

Jackson's been eating solids for two weeks now. He really seems to enjoy exploring all the new flavors and textures. Last week the menu included banana, apple, acorn squash, carrot, and red pepper. This week he tried orange, sweet potato, and broccoli; tonight he'll try pasta. Of everything he's tried, he seems to like sweet potato and acorn squash the most and carrot the least.
Jackson tends to get very talkative when he eats. He loves to talk to his food, as you can see in this 52-second video.
Speaking of talking, this month Jackson has progressed from coos to babbles. He now makes the following consonant sounds: B, D, H, G, L, M, N, W. If Jackson is anything like his parents, he'll have the gift of gab :)
