We spent New Year's Eve with our friends Sarah and Jonathan. They are some of our best friends and will also be our vacation partners on a Caribbean cruise scheduled for May :)
We started the evening with a tasty dinner of bistro steaks with mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, and roasted asparagus. After dinner played games and ate made-from-scratch brownies. The brownies were so good the 4 of us ate the whole batch before I could even take a photo. 
After dinner we went downtown to see fireworks. We were only downtime from 11:30-12:15 but that was long enough to be very thankful for a good heater in the car.
